Hareon Solar signed comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Zheshang Bank Nanjing branch


Shanghai, August 27, 2016, Hareon Solar Technology Co., Ltd. announced the signing of a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with the Nanjing branch of China Zheshang Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zheshang Bank”)

Under this agreement, Zheshang Bank will provide support to Hareon Solar and its subsidiaries in the form of a general credit limit, equivalent to RMB 2 Billion, in accordance with Hareon’s financial and operation requirements. The exact amount will be determined upon the actual approval by Zheshang Bank. The general credit includes, but is not limited to, financial services such as conventional financing, investment banking, co-branding, etc.

At the same time, Zheshang Bank will also provide financial consulting and advisory services to Hareon Solar.

This cooperation will expand Hareon’s financing channel by reducing costs, improving efficiencies, and providing support for the development of various company businesses. Hareon believes this agreement will have a positive effect towards promoting the company’s long term strategy.
